Back in the 19th century, The Motograph Moving Picture Book delighted viewers by utilizing a moire screen on detailed black and white illustrations to create motion on the page. Here, a full color movable book from the 1970’s does the same. Different areas in each double-page illustration are sensitive to the provided plastic moire screen and come alive when activated: wheels turn, smoke rises, snow falls, waves churn, stars glitter, and more.
