A beautifully designed and illustrated ABC by Laura Vaccaro Seeger, The Hidden Alphabet offers surprises from the dust jacket on through. Windows die-cut in the jacket reveal the title, but when the jacket is removed a jumble of letters remain. Each page features a window die-cut in a black flap that discloses just part of a total design with a figure beginning with the letter revealed when the flap is lifted. A first edition in Fine condition.
