Reminiscent of the old Mad Magazine fold-outs, Ta Ra RaBoom De Ay features four chromo scenes, each folded over to display only part of an illustration. When unfolded, a complete comic picture is revealed. The figures are stereotypes of the period: clowns, policemen, devils, “black-a-moors,” military men, and so on. In VG condition, complete but worn with minor paper loss at the lower corner.
