The Daily Express Children’s Annual was a standard series in England and went through many yearly editions, each containing a number of wonderful pop-up pages along with stories and illustrations in both black and white and full color. Though unnumbered, this is the very first of the annuals, issued in 1929 and containing 7 double-page color pop-ups including a castle, the fairy’s visit, Rupert, and Punch and Judy. Some exterior wear, but solid and in VG+ condition.
