Despite Alan Benjamin being credited as author, this is really David Carter’s gig. With vigorous pop-up and movable illustrations, Carter brings a variety of imaginary creatures to life: acrobaterpillars, the kangarooster, the fluffalo, the mistletoad, and more. Lots of fun and wonderfully realized, this first edition/printing of Curious Creatures is in Very Fine condition.
