Cady is best-known for his work with Thornton Burgess, but produced some remarkable solo projects as well (two more of which are included in this edition of the Wonderland100). The Animal Alphabet lacks complete bibliographic info, but it is a Whitman publication released around 1920 and features bold, bright, and colorful illustrations (plus rhymed text) for each alphabet letter. A first edition in generally Fine condition, but with slight darkening at the top of the front cover and a mild crease to the rear cover.
