Extraordinarily rare, this boxed set of four Thornton Burgess books (What Farmer Brown's Boy Did, An Imp of Mischief, Cubby in Mother Brown's Pantry, and Cubby Bear Had a Mind of His Own) is illustrated by Nina Jordan with more than twenty color pictures in each. The individual Cubby Bear books are difficult enough to find in decent condition and are often worn or disbound or lacking their dust jackets, so to be able to offer four at once in Fine condition in dj's and in an original box is a real treat.
