Little Golden Books was among the first children's series to introduce new commercial products as part of their storylines. Nurse Nancy (#154), written by Kathryn Jackson and illustrated by Corinne Malvern, features a title page complete with six shaped Band-Aid plastic bandages. Published in coordination with Johnson & Johnson, Nurse Nancy uses the band-aids to fix any number of scrapes and bumps. How could any child resist doing the same? Almost impossible to find in original condition, this copy is a first edition (A) In Fine condition; complete and unused.
