Following the enormous success of Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, author/illustrator Mo Willems received another Caldecott Honor in 2005 for his Knuffle Bunny, imaginatively illustrated with a combination of cartoon-like drawings and photographic backgrounds. The story of young Trixie’s total meltdown after losing a favorite stuffed toy in a laundromat hit the target with both parents and kids. A first edition in Fine condition in a Fine dust jacket, this also sports Willem’s signature (Mo!) and an original drawing of the Knuffle Bunny on the title page.
