ABC books have been among the most popular children’s titles, but few rise to the level of Jolly Bears ABC, with anthropomorphic bruins enacting totally human activities and dressed for each occasion: A is an Automobile Bear, E is an Engineer Bear, Q is a Quaker Bear, S is a Sailor Bear, and so on. My favorites are the Rough Rider Bear and Uncle Sam Bear. Beautifully rendered in full-color chromos and black and white (actually brown and white) line drawings. In VG+ condition with some wear to the external wraps.
