Based on a popular TV program (starring Micky Dolenz, later of The Monkees), Circus Boy is a Little Golden Book (#290) written by Irwin Shapiro and illustrated by the about-to-be-famous Joan Walsh Anglund. Corky is the youngest member of the circus and not allowed to perform with Bimbo, the baby elephant. When they come across a house of measles-quarantined children, they perform for them and the resulting publicity wins them a place in the circus Grand March. A first edition (A) in VG+ condition.
