Starting his career in Robert Sabuda's pop-up workshop, Matthew Reinhart has become one of the most noted and admired artists working in the field. Like many of his and Sabuda's books, The Jungle Book features unbelievably intricate full color pop-ups on every page (including many smaller and initially unnoticed pop-ups secured by flaps). The illustration depicting the lost city of the Monkey People might well be the tallest single pop-up to appear in any recent book. Remakable!
