In a rare non-fiction Caldecott-winner (2001), Judith St. George's So You Want to be President? features full-color, often humorous, illustrations by David Small along with brief biographical facts about our national leaders from George Washington through Bill Clinton. Did you know that William Howard Taft was so large that he had a special bathtub installed in the White House? Or that Harry Truman never went to college? A bit outdated (as are many non-fiction titles), but they don't award the Caldecott for the text. A first edition, Fine in a Fine dust jacket.
