The Cat Who Went to Heaven won the 1931 Newbery Award and is illustrated by Lynd Ward who contributes black and white illustrations of the other animals included in the artist’s work. A first edition, first printing in About Fine condition with a VG dust jacket, somewhat darkened and with small chips at the head and tail of the spine.
